Kids Korner Parent Manual

Kids Korner Child Care Fees for Kindergarten - 4th grade students:

• $50 per child non-refundable registration fee, $100 fee cap per family
• Before School Care Contract: $30.00 per week  
• After School Care Contract: $40.00 per week per 
• Full time Care contract $70.00 per week ( before school and after school )
• Non-School Day: $32.00 per day 

All fees are per child.

Contracts are charged per week to your account per child regardless of attendance including but not limited to: Vacations, Holidays, Illness, No School/Snow Days/Intersessions, Withdrawals, Quarantines, Site closures, Adjusted site hours.

To end your enrollment with Kids Korner a withdrawal notice must be submitted to our main office. We require 2 weeks advance notice to terminate childcare, fees will apply.  

Preschool Child Care Rates ages 3 to Preschool:

• $50 per child non-refundable registration fee, $100 fee cap per family
• Full Time (30-42 hours): $150 per week; Time over 42 hours are billed at $5.00 per hour
• Part Time (15-30 hours): $120.00 per week; Time over 30 hours are billed at $5.00 per hour
• Occasional (1-15 hours): $90 per week; Time over 15 hours are billed at $7.00 per hour 

Weekly contracted options are charged per week to your account per child regardless of attendance including but not limited to: Vacations, Holidays, Illness, No School/Snow Days/Intersessions, Withdrawals, Quarantines, Site closures, Adjusted site hours.

When a registration is submitted you will receive an email from info@myprocare.com. A submitted registration DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE A KIDS KORNER SPOT! ALL Kids Korner registrations will be processed, and families will be contacted by Community Education Office. 

Registration fees will be due upon receipt of invoice and spots are not guaranteed until all fees are paid. Any previous outstanding balance need to be paid in full before registrations will be processed.

Inclement Weather Day Policy

When the district closes school for the day prior to 6:00am due to inclement weather, all Kids Korner sites are also closed. No childcare is available.

When the district has a delayed school start due to inclement weather, Kids Korner will be open at 6:15am. Breakfast will not be available at the Kindergarten and elementary sites until school start time. Please have your child(ren) eat breakfast at home. You may send a "cold" breakfast.

*If the district closes school for the day after a delayed start, Kids Korner will close 1 hour after district announcement is made. Procare messages will be sent notifying families of childcare closing time.

When the district has an early dismissal due to inclement weather, Kids Korner sites will open at school dismissal time for 1 hour after dismissal time. Procare messages will be sent notifying families of childcare closing time.
