We would love to have you teach a Community Education class!

You can become an instructor and offer a class within the community and Austin Community Education will help make it happen by announcing the class to your target audience through emails and our Facebook page.

If you have ideas for future Austin area community education classes or know people who would be great instructors to teach a specific class, fill out the form below or contact Community Education via email.

Typical class timeframe for youth is 1-2.5 hours and for adults is 1-3 hours.

Community Education will monitor the number of participants enrolled and provide weekly updates to the instructor. If the minimum class size has not been reached by one week prior to the class starting date, the class will be canceled and instructor will be notified.
If none is requested, Community Education will find an appropriate location either within the Austin Public School District or at another community location that best meets the needs of the class.
