Refunds
- A full refund can be provided to the enrolled participant only if the class is cancelled.
- A refund minus 6% of the class cost will only be issued if the enrolled participant cancels six (6) business days or more before the class start date OR prior to the registration deadline.
- No refunds are given if the enrolled participant cancels five (5) business days or less from the start of the class OR after the registration deadline.
- If the enrolled participant wants to transfer their registration to a different class can be completed ONLY if the request is made five business days or less before the start of the class.
Day Trip / Multiple Days Trip
- Space is limited so register early.
- Trip fees include bus transportation and entrance fees, if applicable, and other fees if listed in the trip details.
- Meals are not included with trips UNLESS otherwise stated in the trip details.
- Refunds are only provided to the enrolled participant IF a trip is cancelled by Community Education for various reasons, such as not enough participants enrolled — all trips will need a minimum number of participants to be able to continue to offer the class.
- Community Education will notify the enrolled participant by email or phone (only if the participant registered by phone) if the class is cancelled— at least six (6) days prior to the trip depart date.
- Reservations are only confirmed once the participant enrolls in the class AND pays the proper fee(s).
- Registering by phone is acceptable ONLY if the participant fee(s) are paid for by phone at the same time with a credit/debit card.
- Participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to depart time and meet any traveling companions.
Inclement Weather
- If school is dismissed early there will be NO Community Education class(s) that day/evening.
- If school is cancelled there will NOT be class(s) that day/evening.
- Participants will be contacted by email or phone if the class(s) are rescheduled.
