Today is National Custodial and Maintenance Workers Recognition Day and we’d like to take a moment to recognize those individuals who help keep our schools running smoothly through their tireless efforts to keep our sites productive, safe, and clean. Your impact on our students, staff, and families is immeasurable, and you deserve to be recognized for all the amazing work you do.
So, if you see a Maintenance or Custodial worker today, thank them for the job they do. Without them, Austin Public Schools wouldn’t be quite as nice of a place to work.
