In this week's Alumni Spotlight, we're catching up with alumna Julianne LaSmith.
What are you doing now?
I am the Medical Staff Coordinator for Northern Montana Health Care in Havre, Montana.
How did APS prepare you for this role?
I moved to Austin the summer before my freshman year. Being the new kid had its advantages and disadvantages. I feel like I really learned to read people and also how to get along with all types of people. I was active in band, choir, and drama so I had a very unique set of friends.
What is your advice for current Packers?
Enjoy today. Tomorrow will come soon enough and you can learn and grow as you go.
Who at APS inspired you?
Mr. Larson - Choir Teacher. He loved music in all of its formats and it showed in how he taught us.
What was your favorite meal in the cafeteria?
Spaghetti with banana pudding as dessert!
